Rafael Capdevila and Ferran Blasco founded BAEP in 2011 after 15 years leading their own companies.

A successful professional collaboration between them led to a serious belief that it was necessary to evolve in the field of architectural design and construction to an end-to-end service that guarantees the minimum uncertainties in the executive phases, to which they firstly gave the name of architecture without uncertainties. What began as a desire has become the effort of the whole team, it has become a reality, and now BAEP has reached a leading position in the market as a company of reference, a pioneer in changing the working model and in improving the design and construction processes.
